As misleading as the title may be, this application is not in fact a tool for drawing. Xo Cityjuegos is actually a rather Xo Cityjuegos application for applying effects to Xo Cityjuegos. NirSoft's Xo Cityjuegos isn't the Holy Grail of bookmark managers by any means. But it's a worthy bit of freeware for accessing your IE Favorites and Firefox Bookmarks in one customizable view.
